100% garnacha from old vines from D.O.P. Cebreros (vino de paraje - single vineyard wine, paraje del Gelayo). The vineyard is located at an altitude between 950 and 1000 meters. Slate and quartz bottom. Manual harvest the first week of September. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks with 30% whole bunches. 10 days in stainless steel cuves, then in old oak barrels of 225L and 1 barrel of 2000L.
Clear cherry red color. Expressive aroma's of red fruits and flowers. In the mouth the beautiful acidity points directly at the slate bottom. Spicy shades. Fresh, and at the same time very complex, with a lot of finesse, flawless, with a long aftertaste.
